  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed

3. Who Can Access Our Services

Our practice is open to everyone in the community. We proudly welcome:

  • Private patients (with or without private health insurance)

  • Preferred Provider Patients: We are proud to be Preferred Providers for Bupa, Medibank, and CBHS (helping you maximize your rebates).

  • All Other Health Funds: We accept all other private health funds.

  • Medicare CDBS: We bulk bill eligible children under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule.

  • Veterans: We welcome Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) cardholders.

4. Estimated Service Costs

We believe in complete financial transparency. Because dental needs vary greatly, the exact cost of treatment depends on your specific clinical requirements.

  • Before any major procedure commences, your dentist will provide a comprehensive written treatment plan outlining the estimated costs.

  • We offer on-the-spot claiming for most private health funds to minimize your out-of-pocket expenses.

  • Standard consultation fees are available upon request at our reception desk.

5. After-Hours, Emergencies & Alternative Care

We offer emergency dental services during our regular hours. If you experience an emergency, please call us immediately on (02) 9636 8888, and we will make every effort to assist you.

If the clinic is closed, or if you experience a severe emergency (such as severe facial swelling, uncontrolled bleeding, or trauma to the face/jaw), please utilize the following alternative care options:

  • Life-threatening emergencies: Call 000 immediately or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.

  • Local Hospital: Westmead Hospital Emergency Department (Hawkesbury Rd & Darcy Rd, Westmead) is located just minutes away.

  • After-Hours Advice: Call healthdirect on 1800 022 222 to speak with a registered nurse.
